As a non-US-born resident, Mei-Po has been fortunate to have tremendous opportunities to learn and integrate in a new culture, to build skills and to grow personally and professionally throughout her time in the United States. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Asian American Professionals Boston (NAAAP Boston) because of her deep aspiration to give back to the community. Serving on the NAAAP Boston Board of Directors allows Mei-Po to share experiences, guide others as they take a similar journey, and contribute to the community by means of her professional networking and workshop/event-planning experiences.
She is an active member in the Accenture Boston Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Accenture Boston Asian American Employee Resource Group. Mei-Po’s involvement in NAAAP Boston began through Accenture’s sponsorship at NAAAP Boston’s Second Annual Leadership Forum.
As a Managing Director at Accenture, she is actively deployed in a multi-year and multi-entity project with Partners Healthcare focusing on business process transformation and system innovation. Prior to joining Accenture, Mei-Po was a registered dietitian specializing in pediatric nutrition therapy. She held a managerial position at a Harvard teaching hospital in Boston, and also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
