    Project manager responsibilities:
    * Managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently monitoring risks, impacts, and overall project progress
    * Facilitating discovery meetings and ongoing project meetings across multiple teams while presenting status updates to leadership on a weekly basis
    * Planning and overseeing the relocation of multiple departments into a newly constructed building at Brigham and Women’s Hospital while documenting potential impacts to revenue and clinician workflows
    * Planning and executing the implementation of Epic at smaller Ambulatory practices within the Partners network
    * Developing and implementing standardized Project Management Office (PMO) tools and methodologies across the Partners eCare program using various technology platforms

    I am currently working on the largest Partners Healthcare initiative: Partners eCare. The scope of this project entails the successful implementation of one standard electronic health record system across all Partners hospitals.
    Delivery manager responsibilities include:

    *Working to close communication gaps between the program and the sites, and provide advisory services when necessary
    *Working directly with cross functional workstreams to appropriately communicate delivery approach (including timelines and major milestones) and site requirements, then drives to resolution all overdue deliverables and ensures timeliness of pending deliverables
    *Coordinating and facilitating executive oversight meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis
    *Facilitating all scope changes through the approved project management office (PMO) scope change management process including clarifying requests, conducting impact assessments, identifying alternative options, and presenting at weekly scope change meeting
    *Managing and monitoring resolution of project issues, escalating them to the appropriate decision makers within the program
