Women in NAAAP (WIN) in partnership with the City of Boston Office of Women's Advancement (OWA), and the American Association of University Women (AAUW) held a Salary Negotiation Workshop on September 27th with more than 30 female professionals. The workshop was part of the initiative to tackle the gender wage gap along with the new pay equity law that will be effective in 2018. The workshop aimed to prepare female professionals to bring better negotiations skills to the table by emphasizing their qualifications. The Workshop was conducted by Casey A. Littlefield (BA Yale, MBA Harvard) and Mariko McDonaugh Meier (BA Stanford, MBA Harvard).
