The Women in NAAAP (WIN) Committee's vision is to empower, support and engage Asian American women to succeed as professional and personal leaders as well as contributing to their communities and cultures. WIN is a special program created and developed to build competent and confident women leaders within NAAAP and the Asian Pacific community. WIN aims to also build a sense of community with other organizations and allies. Some of its programs includes women-focused workshops and social events.
