Based on 50 years of research, Gallup created a language of the 34 most common talents and developed the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. At our session, we will dive into the assessment, your results and how to intentionally use your strengths in your personal and professional lives. Afterwards, there will be a panel discussion with State Street executive leaders to discuss how they leverage their strengths to meet their goals.

All registered attendees will receive emailed instructions and assessment code from Kellie Fuller, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and founder of Fuller Strengths (www.fullerstrengths.com). Taking the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment prior to the session is required.

This workshop is free for State Street employees and NAAAP Members. State Street employees will need to RSVP via an alternative link that will be provided in your internal newsletter.

Register early as seating is limited. Food and refreshments will be provided.
